VARIOUS PRODUCTIONS

Miscellaneous, but still very interesting !

One of the first games I discovered was "Apprenti Sorcier" (Sorcerer Apprentice). I'ts a game close to the book of "Choose your own adventure", except that it uses a board, and that multiple players compete to win.

After some games, I felt like adding some more elements of gameplay, to renew the experience. It's this style of improvements which inspired me later on the other games I played after that.

The tabletop game "Necromunda", based on the Warhammer 40.000 universe, set up gangs fighting in futuristics ruins. This universe setting allow a great largesse for personal customizations, and I was able to find a good number of unofficial productions offering additional rules.

Thus I created a few rules of my own, some by inspiring myself with pre-existing ones, to incorporate them to the campaigns I was playing or was going to play in.

One of the game allowing customization from the start is "Munchkin", a humoristic card game which goal is to fight monsters to gain levels, while stopping other players to do the same. Card effects are very varied, occasionally changing rules, and the whole thing reflect the common elements of Fantasy role-playing games.

So I created my own set of cards to add to the game, while following as much as possible the system's basic design. I added some classical elements, like normal monsters, but also some more original, notably a race and a class from "Pathfinder".
